About Us

Built in a real classroom, not a boardroom

RapidTestMaker didn't start as a startup pitch. It started as a results system for one school, built by someone who was grading papers and writing code in the same week.

The Story

From one school's spreadsheet problem to a platform

🏫

Where it started

In 2015, Umar Science Academy in Chunian needed a better way to manage student results than spreadsheets and paper registers. So a results management system was built for them — and it's been running ever since.

🎓

A decade in the classroom

Alongside building software, the same hands have spent over ten years teaching Computer Science, from Matric level through to BS. That's ten years of seeing, first-hand, what actually slows teachers down.

💻

7+ years building software

Seven-plus years of full-stack development — PHP, WordPress, AngularJS, and now Python and FastAPI — went into making sure RapidTestMaker is dependable, not just good-looking.

🔬

Research-driven thinking

An M.Phil in Computer Science, with research into intelligent diagnostic systems, shapes how RapidTestMaker's own analytics and AI-assisted grading are approached — grounded, not gimmicky.

Why It's Different

Built by someone who has stood in front of a class

Most assessment software is built by people who've never had to grade forty papers by hand on a Sunday night. RapidTestMaker is different — every feature is shaped by an actual teaching workflow, not a guess at one.

1

Tested in a real school first

Before anyone else used it, RapidTestMaker ran quietly at Umar Science Academy — real students, real results, real feedback.

2

Shaped by teaching, not just coding

Every workflow — from question banks to report cards — is built around how classrooms actually run, not how software "should" look.

3

Growing in the open

RapidTestMaker is being built and shared publicly, one improvement at a time, with the same honesty it's built with.
